Shipping policy

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

All orders containing PRE-ORDER items will be held until ALL ITEMS have released to ensure that street dates are not broken.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Currently we ship anywhere in CANADA or the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA & ERUOPE. Certain items are unable to be sent to the United States of America due to the publishers wishes.

If you wish for your item's to be shipped to a location other than the United States of America, or Canada, please contact us via email at info@legendarycollectables.com

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

You can provide special delivery instructions in the notes section provided at checkout. 

SHIPPING METHODS

All items are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box, with layers of added protection in the form of bubble wrap. Any remaining space is filled with extra packaging to ensure no damage comes during transport.

All cards are shipped in a bubble mailer with a sturdy cardboard and top loaders or hard plastic.

HOW DO WE SHIP?

Items shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Service: Each package comes with a tracking number. You may be contacted via email due to oversized or remote shipping locations for additional shipping charges.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?

Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order to process and ship, we do our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!

Depending on your location an order will take anywhere between 1-12 Business Days* to reach you. You will be provided a Tracking Number by Canada Post (if you have chosen expedited or tracked packet) to keep you up to date with your parcels progress.

*Some regions and territories such as Texas, Hawaii, Canadian Territories, might be a 1-8 business days longer. 

Regular letter mail can take between 3 business days and 4 weeks depending on the location.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Please Note, Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or sipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

DAMAGED ITEM(S) RECEIVED 

If your item was received damaged, please document the item with photo's along with the packaging and contact us via email at info@legendarycollectables.com

OVERSIZED & REMOTE LOCATIONS

In certain cases, additional shipping charges may be required. In these situations you will be contacted to arrange payment. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. 

AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON THIS WEBSITE.

We are not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are concerned about theft/porch pirates please request card for pickup in the checkout notes (Signature Options have been temporarily halted due to COVID-19)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NON DELIVERED/LOST/STOLEN UNTRACKED SHIPPED ITEMS

If you choose untracked bubble mail, once the item has been marked as shipped no further information or help can be rendered to you. We highly recommend that choose a shipping method with tracking. You agree by choosing untracked bubble mail that we are not responsible for non delivered/lost/stolen untracked items. 

We highly recommend for your own protection that you use expedited shipping.

Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap, and minor defects in packaging material not caused by external forces or factors is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors and we are in excellent standing with the parent companies of all Trading Card Games we carry.

If an order is shipped to a 3rd party company, freight forwarder or similar, We assume no responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise from their services.

We are not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. This will not qualify an order for compensation as this is out of our control and not a decision of ours.

We are not responsible for customers entering incorrect/incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided to us - we assume no responsibility for the loss incurred.
