As of Sept 20th, 2026 - Event Tickets are now non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser of the event. In the event you are purchasing a ticket for someone else the name for the person must be included in the check out notes, or an email must be sent shortly (30 Minutes) after the order has been placed.
Event Registration Cancellation
In the event that you are unable to come to an event you pre-registered for, will only be refunded via store credit before the event has begun.
Once the event has begun you will not be refunded and no prizing, promo material or other material will be set aside for you. All Refunds will be via store credit and only the principal amount will be refunded, any taxes or additional fees will not.
