Returns

ALL TCG SALES ARE FINAL

All Items are sold as is and we do not offer refund or exchanges.*

We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value, send us an email at info@legendarycollectables.com to start this process.

Cancelation

Should you wish to cancel a product you can either be refunded in store credit or via original payment method with a 12.5% Cancelation fee. 

Pre-Order Cancelation

Should you wish to cancel a product that has not yet released you can either be refunded in store credit or via original payment method with a 12.5% Cancelation fee. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Event Registration Cancellation

In the event that you are unable to come to an event you pre-registered for, will only be refunded via store credit before the event has begun. Once the event has begun you will not be refunded and no prizing, promo material or other material will be set aside for you. All Refunds will be via store credit and only the principal amount will be refunded, any taxes or additional fees will not.
