CANADA POST STRIKE - SEPTEMBER 2025
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has launched a national strike following the government's announcement on September 25th, 2025 regarding Canada Post’s transformation.

Below are some of the questions we anticipate you having and our plans and policies for the duration of the strike.
Q: How will you be shipping orders during the strike? Should I expect delays?
Orders made with our regular expedited shipping option will be shipped via UPS OR an alternative delivery service. Longer delivery times are expected during the strike due to increased volumes for UPS.
Q: What happens if I select untracked bubble Mail?
You can still select untracked bubble mail but your order will not be shipped until the strike is over. Due to a high volume of mail items we will not switch delivery methods for you once the order has been placed. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING OUR EXPEDITED MAIL OPTION.
Q: I selected untracked bubble mail can I pick up my order in store if the strike continues for a long time?
As a general rule we will not allow pick up of untracked bubble mail as our shipping team is experience a higher then normal work load.
